my best mate lost a large patch of her hair for a few months and its just recently started to grow back. apparently it was a mild form of alopecia (literally a hair loss disease) that may well have been brought on by stress according to her doctor
They need to get it checked out by a Doctor as there may be an underlying cause.





If the Doctor can find no cause then some of the treatments other have suggested here can help. Also a good hairdresser can cut hair into a style that makes it look fuller and thicker.

I don't know any, but don't fall for any internet miracle remidies or order anything off the TV or from the back of a magazine. There just scams. I'd reccomend seeing your doctor.
,Did the lady in question visit the doctor? a under active thyroid can be causing the problem. There are other medical problems that can cause lose of hair, many are treatable !!!!!
